关于水泵调速的最佳台数与最大调速范围的探讨

摘　　要：在水泵调速的具体设计中,如果弄不清楚比例律的成立条件,会使推导出的计算公式失去意义。本文从澄清水泵变速运转的比例律的成立条件出发,分析了水泵的实际运行过程,指出水泵调速运转中的最佳调速泵为两台,并给出了确定调速泵的最大调速范围的计算方法和水泵调速后的节能计算。In the process of actual design of pump speed adjustment,the derived calculation formulas are of little practicability if the valid conditions for ratio regulation are not clearly understood.Starting with clarifying the valid conditions for the ratio regulation in the varying— speed running of pumps,this article analyses the practical running process of pumps,points out the optimum number of variable pumps,and presents calculation methods for both determination of maximum speed adjustment range and energy saving as pump speed adjusted.
