摘 要:经专家们几十年的努力后认为,解决北京水源危机的根本出路是从境外引水,并先后提出过四个方案。其中从山西万家寨附近引黄河水的“西引黄济京”方案,因工程地质和投资过大等问题而被否定。但根据作者近六年来收集到的水文、地质、地貌等大量资料分析认为,该方案不仅水质、水量有保证和地质条件可行,而且基建投资和输水成本均低于其他引水方案。并认为如能将该工程改为“晋、京联合引黄”,其经济和社会效益将更显著。With great efforts made in the past decades,experts had reached the conclusion that the fundamental way of preventing the water crisis in Beijing is to draw water from somewhere beyond the city,and four plans were hence proposed one after another.“Drawing water from the Yellow River west of Beijing”,one of the plans,was vetoed due to its geological conditions and heavy cost.Having analysed the hydrological,geological and geomorphic materials collected in nearly six years,the authors point out,however,that this plan is in fact geologically and financially practicable in addition to its guarantee of water quality and quantity.It is also indicated that the economic and social benefit will be more obvious if the plan is transformed into“the joint drawing of the Yellow River water by Shanxi province and Beijing city”.
