摘 要:本文测试了不同大奶量中国黑白花奶牛的血液粘度及其生理生化指标的正常范围,发现高产奶牛的大部分生化指标及各切变率(γ)下的全血粘度、血浆粘度均明显低于低产奶牛相应指标,并且低γ下高、低产奶牛间的全血粘度差异比高γ下其间的全血粘度差异大。同时对影响高、低产奶牛全血粘度性质的大量因子进行了多元统计分析,结果表明:不同γ下全血粘度的影响因子各不相同;同一因子对不同γ下全血粘度的影响程度亦不相同,并分析出造成高、低产奶牛间全血粘度差异的主要因子是:血浆粘度、红细胞压积和血浆纤维蛋白原浓度。本文还研究了高、低产奶牛的本构方程性质差异。A comparative study was made on blood rheology, physiology and chemistry of the Chinare Black -and-White dairy cows with different yields. The result showed that many chemica indexes plas- ma viscosity (p) and blood viscosity (b) at diftrent shear rathe, esp. the blood viscosity at low shear rates in high milking cows (HC) were lower than those in low milking cows (LC). Factors affecting blood viscosity at different shear rates were different, and the affection of the same factor on blood viscosity was different. The main factors to make the difference of the blood viscosity were p. Hct and Fb. The result is of marked importance in breeding and feeding milking cows.
