摘　　要：本文阐述了高校编制管理的目的、原则。在高校编制管理方法上,结合高校的特点,提出了宏观管理、分级管理、分类分系列管理、编制和工资额包干、企业化编制及编外人员管理等办法。为编制的管理科学化作了些探讨。This paper expounds the purpose and principle of the establishment management in colleges and universities. Methodologically, the author puts forward the marcomanagement, management by different levels, classified and seriated management, taking responsibility for establishment and total wages, enterprisewise establishment and non-permanent staff management in combination with the features of colleges and universities. The author also deals with the scientific management of establishment.
