摘　　要：本文在砂型及金属型条件下,利用热分析法测定了一定成分的中锰球墨铸铁磨球断面不同位置的冷却曲线,做出了磨球断面的温度场分布及凝固动态曲线,依此分析了中锰球墨铸铁磨球的凝固特点。In this paper,the cooling curve of a component medium manganese ductile cast iron grinding bails have been measured by means of thermal analysis under permanent mold and sand mold conditions.The temperature field and dynamic solidification curve of medium manganese ductile cast iron grinding balls have been drawn.In the end,characteristic of solidification of medium manganese ductile cast iron have been analysed.
