摘  要:将血吸虫肠相关趋阴极抗原的单克隆抗体用于Dot—ELISA,共检测2175份血清,其中急性血吸虫病血清210份,阳性率为91.9%;慢性血吸虫病血清798份,阳性率为86.7%;正常人血清752份,假阳性率为1.1%;除肺吸虫病外,对其他寄生虫病或非寄生虫感染疾病血清无明显交叉反应。用单盲法Dot—ELISA检测3批血清,结果敏感性为86.5%~95.1%;特异性为96.9%~100.0%。检测流行区居民547份血清,Dot—ELISA阳性反应130份;粪检阳性72例。两者均为阳性者55例,相符率为76.4%。上述结果表明,Dot—ELISA检测循环抗原确实具有较好的敏感性与特异性,适于大规模应用及流行病学调查。A total number of 2175 serum samples collected from different objects, i. e. patients with various stages of schistosomiasis from different endemic areas, normal individuals, persons infected with other parasitic diseases or non parasitic diseases, were performed by means of the Dot-ELISA with monoclonal antibody against schistosome gut associated ca-thodic antigen. The positive rate from sera of 210 patients of acute schistosomiasis was 91. 9%. When Sera of 798 patients with chronic schistosomiasis were tested, the positive rate was 86.7%, ant with 752 serum samplesof normal individuals the false positive rate was 1.1%. Except samples of paragonimiasis, no obvious cross reaction was found in sera from other parasitic or non parasitic diseases. 3 batchs of serum samples were blindly detected with Dot-ELISA. Results were promising with a sensitivity of 86. 5%-95.1%, and a specificity of 96. 9%-100%. A total of 547 samples from residents living in endemic area were detected with Dot-ELISA and stool exam-inetion, only 130 of them were positive with Dot-ELISA and 72 were positive with stool examination, and 55 were positive by both stool examination and Dot-ELISA. The conformable rate was 76.4%. The results showed tha the detection of circulating antigen with Dot-ELISA is both sensitive and specific. It is useful in mass application and valuable in epi-demiological survey also.
