摘 要:文中详细地探讨了氯乙烯低温等离子体改性轻质碳酸钙填料的效果,和该填料对聚氯乙烯(PVC XS-5)—聚酯型聚氨酯(PUZ80)(70/30)机械共混体系的力学性能的影响;另又探讨空气、异丙醇、丙烯、三乙胺、丙烯酸甲酯和含氯系列单体的低温等离子体处理的轻质碳酸钙对填充体系的性能的影响;最后还分析了白碳黑、陶土、1#胶体石墨填料经氯乙烯等离子体处理后对填充体系性能的影响。The mechanical properties of polyvinylchloride-polyurethane (wt. 70/30) blend system, which is filled with the lightweight calcium carbonate treated in vinyl chloride by the low temperature plasma, are studied. The better treating condition is 1mmHg, 0. 4kv high voltage and 10mins. And the properties of the blends filled with the lightweight calcium carbonate treated by various gases,such as air, propene, (CH_3)_2CHOH, (CH_3CH_2)_3N,CH_2=CHCOOCH_3, and organic gases containing chloride, are also studied. The properties of the blends with other fillers, such as glass-pot clay, white carbon black, and colloidal graphite-1, treated in vinyl chloride by LTP, are investigated. It is found that the blends with the fillers treated in organic gases by LTP would improve the blend impact-properties.
