贮存时间对春小麦种子某些生化性质的影响

摘  要:本文对贮存二年和十四年的八个春小麦品种进行了蛋白质和丙二醛含量、α—淀粉酶、过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶及其酶活性的分析比较,分析结果表明:贮存十四年的种子其蛋白质含量,α—淀粉酶与过氧化物酶的活性都有明显的降低。过氧化物酶、同工酶酶谱差异较明显。α—淀粉酶有4—5条同工酶带,且均为阴极酶带。贮存时间长的种子丙二醛的含量较高。酯酶同工酶酶谱的差异则主要在慢带区表现出来。The paper compared some biochemical characteristics between the seeds stored 14 years and those stored 2 years in 8 spring wheat species. These biochemical characteristics include the contentes of pro tein and malondialdehyde (MDA), the polyacrylamicle gel electrophoretograms of α-amylase, perox idase (POX) and esterasc isozyme and their activities. The result demonstrates that the content of pro tein and the activities of α-amylase and POX decrease obviously in the seeds of 14 years. The POX zymogram bands differ distinctly. The α-amylase shows 4 to 5 bands of isozyme which appear at an ode section. The difference of esterase zymogram bands is showed mainly at cathode section. The con tent of MDA grows higher if stored longer.
