复方消包片治疗术后复发性包虫病的临床研究  

Clinical Study on Recurrent Hydatidosis Treated by Fu Fang Xiao Bao Pian (FFXBP) after Surgical Operations

摘　　要：用复方消包片治疗包虫病204例,服药前后临床体征及影象检查,观察包虫囊肿的大小形态及内部结构改变,经5年随访,治愈率36.76％、好转率50.98％、稳定率8.82％、恶化率3.48％、原头蚴死率96％、生发层与角质层破坏率87.69％。同样指标与对照68例比较,经统计学处理(P<0.005)有非常显著性差异。Fu Fang Xiao Bao Pian(FFXBP),a special parasiticide, was used to treat 204 patients with hy-datidosis.The results in the following five-year clinical surveys were showed that the recovery rate, improvement rate,stability rate,deterioration rate,Mortality of protoscolex and destruction rate of the germinal and cuticular layers were reached to 36. 76%, 50. 98%, 8. 82%, 3. 48%, 96%and87. 69% ,respectively,which based on the clinical signs,medicophysics-imaged examinations and observations of the morphological and internal structural changes in hydatid cysts. The significant dfffer-ences(P<0. 005)were found between the patients given FFXBP(group F)and patients receiving Xiao Bao Wan(XBW,group X)or albendazole(ABZ,group A)by the Chi squared teat.
