摘 要:通过试验观测,对甜玉米的花粉直感现象进行了探讨,证明甜玉米和普通玉米杂交或不同基因型甜玉米互相杂交,通过花粉直感的作用,当代果穗上全部为非甜籽粒,F_1果穗上甜质籽粒数和非甜籽粒数的比例和显性及性状分离规律基本吻合。试验研究和实践证明,利用花粉直感的作用,异型杂交甜玉米具有出苗率高、幼苗健壮、青穗产量高、青穗籽粒含糖适宜而食味好的优点,有发展前途。In the field trial, the metaxenia of sweet corn was studied. The observation proved that for the cross of sweet corn and common corn or the positive cross of different genstype gweet corn, all non -sweet seeds appear on the ear of current generatiorv due to corn metaxenia. It shoved that the proportion to the numbers of sweet and non-sweet seeds beared on the F1 generation ear accord well with the law of dominance and segregation of characters. The trial and practice alse demonstrates that the aweet corn of allotpical cross possesses the ad-vantages of high seeding rate and strong seedlings. The yield of immature ear is high the sugar content proper as well as good taste So sweet corn is promising for development.
