摘 要:目的:探讨同位心脏移植患者有氧运动强度与最高氧耗量的关系。方法:本文回顾了近20年对男性同位心脏移植患者进行康复运动训练的研究文献,进行汇总分析。结果:表明在相似的运动频率(3~5d/周)和时间(30~60min/次)下,经过7周~23个月强度为RPE12~14/20和/或60%~70%VO2peak有氧运动训练后,心肺适应的指标VO2peak增加了12.4%~30.0%。结论:明显提高同位心脏移植患者VO2peak的最小有氧运动强度阈值尚不清楚。在临床的运动程序中,建议使用RPE作为监测运动强度的指标。AIM:To explore the relationship between intensity of aerobic training and peak oxygen consumption of cardiorespiratory fitness in male orthotopic cardiac transplant patients. METHODS:Through reviewing the documentations on aerobic exercise training of cardiac transplant patients within the latest twenty years,collecting analysis was carried out. RESULTS:Aerobic exercise training program in which the intensity was RPE 12-14/20 and/or 60%-70%VO2peak,under the similar exercise frequency(3-5 days per week) and duration(30-60 minutes per session),resulted in the increases of patients' cardiorespiratory fitness in VO2peak of 12.4%-30.0%. CONCLUSION:The minimum threshold of aerobic exercise training intensity VO2peak that significantly improves VO2peak in orthotopic cardiac transplant patients is unclear. RPE is recommended as a method of monitoring exercise intensity in clinical sports process.
