吸烟对体力及血清钙、锌的影响

摘　　要：本文报告吸烟对体力作业能力(PWC_(170)值)及血清 Ca^(++),Zn^(++)的影响。研究结果表明,吸烟可引起 PWC_(170)值降低,血清 Ca^(++)和 Zn^(++)浓度减少。而此三项指标随吸烟量增加,降低更明显,为负线性关系。PWC_(170)值的降低,可能与吸烟引起心率和能量消耗增加、Ca^(++)和Zn^(++)的减少以及神经系统某些神经元兴奋后抑制等因素有关。吸烟所致 Ca^(++),Zn^(++)浓度降低的原因有待深入研究。Smoking has been a serious so- cial problem and related to many diseases,causing great harms to people′s health.This paper reported how smoking affected on the phy- sical work capacity at heart rate of 170 beats per minite(PWC170) and the sero-concentrations of the Ca and Zn ion.The results showed that smoking had decreased PWC 170 and the sero-concentrations of the Ca and Zn ions,which droped in a negative-linear way as a person smoked more.The increase of heart beart rate and energy consumption, the reduction of the sero-con- centrations of Ca and Zn ions and the post-excitation inhibition of neurons might be the reasons of the drop of the PWC170 by smo- king,However,the causes of the de- crease of Ca and Zn sero-concen- trations by smoking are not clear and need to be further studied.
