急性胆囊炎时出现假肿瘤样声像图的探讨

摘　　要：本文报告了6例曾误诊或怀疑胆囊肿瘤或新生物的急性胆囊炎患者,认为声像图上假肿瘤样回声可能是胆囊壁明显局限性增厚或胆囊结石所致的假隆起性病变。我们建议B超发现急性胆囊炎患者胆囊内有肿瘤样隆起,应先考虑积极抗炎治疗,待炎症消退后B超复查再作明确诊断。In this paper, 6 patients with acute cholecystitis mis-diagnosed or suspected gallbladder neoplasm were reported. It was thought that pseudotumor-like echoes in sonograph were likely to be segmental gallbladder wall thickness or false prominent lesion due to gallstone. We suggest that the patients with acute cholecystitis having tumor-like prominence in sonograph should be treated by antibiotics. As the inflammation was disappeared, the diagnoses were made through ultrasonography examination.
