降压功治疗轻度高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：我们选择入院前二周未用过降压药的无并发症轻度高血压(18.7～24/12～13.9kPa)中、老年患者,44名作降压功为观察组,42名不作降压功为对照组。两组其它条件相同,住院期间均未用降压药。研究结果表明:两组入院后血压均有明显下降,但观察组血压下降快且下降幅度更大。提示降压功配合疗养环境是对中、老年轻度高血压患者的理想治疗方法。86 low grade hypertension patients (18.7-24/12-13.9 KPa) were studied in the sanatory environment for lowering their blood pressure. The patients had no complication and had not treated with medication two weeks before the time of admission, 44 patients treafed with depressurize-Gong and the other 42 cases as control group. In the experi mental period, they all hadn't taken medicine. The result showed that in the sanatory environment, the blood pressure had lowered in hypertension patients, but in depressurize group, the blood pressure were lowered more apparently than in control group, and the depressing grade were more greater. It indicated that the depressurizegong together with sanatory environment was beneficial for hypertension.
