87例疟疾患者红细胞免疫功能观察

摘　　要：报告87例疟疾患者 (恶性疟49例、间日症38例) 红细胞免疫功能变化,发现疟疾患者的C_3b受体花环率、循环免疫复合物花环率及补体C_3含量均明显下降,而以恶性疟患者下降最为明显 (P<0.01)。恶性疟患者还伴有SPA混合花环率明显下降。各型疟疾患者补体C_3含量也有不同程度下降,仍以恶性疟明显 (P<0.01)。实验结果表明疟疾患者的临床表现与红细胞免疫功能变化呈正相关。SPA混合花环率下降与免疫性溶血现象之间有相关关系。This paper reported the changes of Red Blood Cell (RBC) Immune System in 87 patients with malaria (49 cases with falciparum malaria, 38 cases with tertian malaria). In this article, the author discovered the RBC-C_3b receptor's rosette formation rare, and circulation immune complexes (CIC) or the level of C_3 in patients with malaria was Significantly lower that of the normal control, the patients with falciparum malaria decreased markedly (P<0.01) There were also the decreased of RBCSPA rosette formation rate in patients with falciparum malaria. The level of C_3 in patients with malaria decreased markedly and the patients with falciparum malaria was significantly lower (P<0.01). Experimental results suggest that there be positive correlation between clinical features and the changes of RBC—immune system and positively correlation to RBC—SPA.
