跟腱延长两关节融合术矫正成人足下垂(附100例报告)

摘　　要：本文报告了1974～1987年我院采用跟腱延长,两关节融合术治疗无明显内外翻畸形的成人足下垂140例,随访100例(108足),效果满意。就跟腱延长与两关节融合术联合应用,足稳定性及手术方法的选择问题进行了讨论。From 1974 to 1987, 140 patients with adult simple drop foot had been treated in our hospital by method cf Achilles tendon len gthening and double arthrodesis of foot. Satisfactory results (86.29% ware obtain d in follow-up of 100 cases (108 feet), In this paper, the problems on combined use of Achilles tendon lengthening and double arthrodesis of foot, stability after the operation and selection of operative procedures are discussed in detail.
