摘　　要：本文报道176例小腿延长术时同期进行跟腱延长术,取得满意疗效,无1例跟腱并发症发生。作者介绍了跟腱预计延长方法,并就其机理、二期跟腱延长术的失张问题和小腿软组织的渐缓延展性问题作了详细讨论。Rehabilitation of 176 patients of synchronous Achilles tendon lengthening while leg lengthening in graduate distraction had got a satisfactory result. No complications were found in this group. The authors introduced the method, machanism and effect of this technic.Loss of tension of the tendon after secondary Achilles tendon length ening and soft tissue extensibility of the leg during lengthing were discussed in detail.
