摘　　要：上睑瘢痕的处理较复杂,几乎每一例都有其特殊性,既使是同种类型的瘢痕,由于范围的大小或所在位置不同,手术方式亦各异。作者通过合理的术前设计,移植同位健侧皮肤使移植后的皮肤厚度和颜色与正常皮肤趋于一致,并一次形成重睑,瘢痕消失或减轻,重睑形态好,效果满意。The treatment of cicatrice of upper lid is a complicate problem. Almost every case has peculiarity of its own. Despite of the same kind of cicatrice there are different methods of operation according to its size and location. By a reasonable preoperative design in eyelid, we make the transplanted skin looked identical in thickness and colour with normal. Double eyelid operation is formed at the same time, the course of treatment is markedly shortened.
