摘　　要：本文根据诊断价值的临床含义,运用概率论及多元函数理论,推导出临床试验诊断价值的表达式应为:试验的阳性似然比(LR^+)越大,则表明其阳性结果价值愈高;阴性似然比(LR^-)越小,则表明该试验阴性结果的临床价值愈高。对于一种临床试硷的诊断价值,可用综合指数L(L=LR^+/LR^-)评定。By the probability and many variables function theory,Condusisons of diagnosis valuation on clinical test are resulted as follow: the larger positive likelihood rate(LR^+), the higher valuation of positive results;the less negative likelihood rate(LR^-), the higher valuation of negative results.The diagnosis valuation about a kind of clinical test can be judged by synthetical indices L(L=LR^+/LR^-)
