摘　　要：本文评述了稀土固体激光和稀土固体激光材料的一些科学技术问题.From the results of research in rare earth solid state lasers several relavant theoretical and technological problems are discussed. Some comments on rare earth solid state laser materials are also given with 40 references, 3 tables and 7 figures.
