微载体系统Vero细胞及乙型脑炎病毒培养的研究

摘　　要：采用国产20L反应器（Cellcul-20A）及国产微载体（GT-2）进行Vero细胞及乙型脑炎病毒培养,细胞浓度可达到1.0×10⁷cells/ml,形态良好;病毒滴度LogLD₅₀/0.04ml在4.67～7.5之间,并确立了细胞及乙型脑炎病毒培养工艺。GT-2 microcarriers were used to culture Vero cells and Japanese Encephalitis B (JE) virus in 20L Cellcul-20A bioreactor. Both microcarrier and bioreactor were made in China. The concentration of the cell reached 1.0×10~7 cells/ml and the morphology of them were very good. The viral titre was between 4.67 to 7.5 (Log LD_(50)/0.03ml). The method to culture Vero cell and JE virus have been established.
