摘　　要：本文介绍用水为造影剂的直肠CT检查方法,讨论了用水为造影剂检查的优越性:影像对比好。图像清晰,肠管扩张充分,管壁结构与病变区影像均清晰显示,效果满意。值得推广应用。并分析了30例宜肠癌的CT表现。30例中25例行手术治疗,5例行放射治疗。通过CT检查可以明确肿瘤大小、范围、直肠壁内、外浸润情况及其与周围的关系,有无盆腔内转移及淋巴结转移,对估计病情、选择治疗方案提供了依据。CT scanning of the rectum and the application of contrast medium were studied in our hospital. And the CT finding of 30 cases of the rectal cancer were analysed. The result indicated that water as contrast medium was good for imaging contrast, intestinal dilatation and image sharpness.It was found that CT scanning show the size, range, inside—outside invasion, the valation with surrounding organs and metastatic lymphadens of rectal cancer in the pelvis.It was useful to evaluating the stage and choosing the therapeatic plans.
