中医药治疗溃疡病出血临床研究若干问题探讨

摘　　要：本文提出为了进一步作好科研设计,建议:①临床研究应有病例的选入标准和排除标准;②用中药在胃镜直视下作喷洒治疗宜用去甲肾上腺素或孟氏液作对照;③疗效判定应以胃镜评估作标准。In this paper, the author introduced the risk factors resulting in hemorrhage of peptic ulcer, and gave three suggestions for the design of clinical studies: 1, Setting up the standard of case selection 2, Comparing the effectiveness of spraying noradrenalin (去甲肾 上腺素) or Monsell's solution (孟氏液) with that of Chinese herbs under direct g-astroscopy 3, Considering the results of gastroscopy as the criteria of therapeutic effectiveness.
