Occupational hazard on cardiovascular system in laser workers

摘　　要：目的:探讨长期从事激光工作的人员是否有心血管系统的职业危害,为其安全防护提供参考。方法:对154名专职从事激光人员(激光组)和92名非激光对照人员(对照组)进行心血管系统健康状况的检查和比较;对作业环境中激光物理参数进行调查。结果:血压、心电图、外周血细胞、血脂犤激光组:总胆固醇上升23名(14.9%),下降5名(3.2%);三酰甘油上升25名(16.2%);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇上升17名(11.0%),下降15名(9.7%);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇上升27名(17.5%),下降14名(9.1%)犦和血液流变学5个方面数十项指标的检查的结果显示,激光组与对照组各项检查的异常率相近,两组比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:从事激光工作人员的心血管系统无明显的职业危害影响。AIM:To explore the possibilitles of occupational hazards on cardiovascular system to people who work with laser for long term and provide advices about safety to them. METHODS:Health examination on cardiovascular system to 154 professional laser workers(laser group) and 92 non laser workers(control group) was caltied out to compare their health conditions; and the physical parameters of laser in the working environment were investigated. RESULTS:Scores of indexes of 5 aspects on blood pressure,electrocardiogram(ECG),peripheral blood cells,blood lipid and blood rheology had been tested.In laser group,there were 23 cases who got increased values of total cholesterol (14.9%) and 5 cases with decreased values (3.2%);25 cases got higher values of triacylglycerol(16.2%);17 cases with higher value of high density lipoprotein(11.0%) and 15 cases with lower (9.7%);there were also 27 cases got higher value of low density lipproteincholesterol(17.5%) and 14 cases with lower value(9.1%).The outcomes showed that there was no significant difference between laser group and control group on the abnormal rates of these indexes(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:There is no clear occupational hazard on cardiovascular system to people working with laser.
