内曲面三维位移测量的云纹干涉法

摘　　要：研究了双柱面光波干涉场及变化规律。提出双柱面光波测量内曲面三维位移的方法,推出测量内曲面周向、轴向和离面位移的三维位移方程。借用光纤可挠性传光和小体积柱面镜实现小体积云纹干涉系统。测量管道式结构物内曲面位移场。This paper investigates the interference field and change rule of dual columnar light wave ane represents a method measuring 3—D displacement of the negative camber using dual columnar light wave.The internal columnar round,axial and radial displacement equation is derived.By means of a optical fibre for flexible transmission and a small volume columnar lens,the moire interferometry system can be realized.It can find uses in 3—D displacement measurement of internal pipeline.
