摘　　要：本文介绍了气管切开术后采集下呼吸道痰液标本的方法,总结了痰液阳性标本中常见的八种细菌对抗生素药物敏感度测定结果,为临床提供了预防和治疗下呼吸道感染参考资料;同时提出预防气管切开术后并发肺部感染的关键是及时有效地清除呼吸道分泌物,保持呼吸道通畅及作好消毒隔离工作。The paper presents the methord of collectingSputum sample from lower respiratory tract aftertracheotomy and summarizes the results ofsensiti-vity of 8 kinds of common bacteria from posi-tive sputum sample to antibiotics, which providedthe reference material in the prevention and treatmentof lower respiratory tract. It is also suggested that thekey to preventing the pulmonary infection aftertracheotomy is to clear secretion from res-piratorytract effectively to keep the respiratory tractunobstructed and to have the sterilization and isola-tion done well.
