止血带污染的调查及对策

摘　　要：对止血带污染调查及对策分三步进行。第一步调查发现对止血带感染潜在危害性认识不足,第二步通过调查采取对策:宣传教育统一思想、统一认识—它可致病人相互传染及医护人员的自身传染。建立消毒管理制度,增加固定数并建立保管制度,检查监测制度,但抽样检查仍不满意。第三步通过监测后又采取第二步对策,加强了检查督促制度,进一步明确了止血带消毒的重要性,并建立了奖惩制度,使止血带的消毒持之以恒,制度化。因此,第二次抽样监测达标满意。Our research consists of three procedures. At thebeginning, we did not recognize the latent danger ofthe contamination. We found the amount of tourni-quets was scarce. They were always used in circulationand preserved badly and carelessly. After we did the propaganda, we improved ourideological level. We recognized that the patients maybe infected and so may the medical staff. So we in-creased the fixed amount of tourniquets, establishedthe presevetive and inspective system. But we wereunsatisfied with the result of medical inspection. Finally, on this basis, we improved therecognization of the importance of tourniquetdisinfection and established the system of reward andpunish-ment. The result of the second sample inspec-tion made us satisfied.
