当归醋酸乙酯提取物抗炎镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：当归醋酸乙酯提取物及水煎液,能显著地降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应发生率,提高小鼠热板法痛阀;能明显降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度;对大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀和小鼠腹腔血管通透性,也有明显的对抗作用。急性毒性试验未观察到明显的毒性反应。This paper reports on investigation on analgesic and anti—inflammatory effects of acetic ether ex tract and aqueous decoction from Angelica on animals.The experimental results inclicate that they have marked suppressive effects on the swelling of rats hind paw induced by injection of fresh egg pro tein,on the mouse s ear oedema induced by bimethylphenyl,as well as the increased vascular perme ability induced by ip HAC in mice.They can also raise the pain thresholds durning hor——plate test and test in mice.Toxic side effects were not observed for PO 30g/kg Acetic ether extracts and 80g/kg aqueous decoction in mice.These results provide evidenecs for the clinical applieation of Angelica in the treatment of rheumatord arthritis.
