抗疟治疗中小鼠全血微量元素水平变化

摘  要:采用原子吸收光谱法,测定小白鼠感染约氏疟原虫(P.yoelli)前后,以及中西药结合复方、单方治疗后小白鼠全血Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg的含量,观察其变化并分析与疗效的关系,探讨微量元素测定在抗疟研究中的实用价值,为临床提供数据。结果表明:各组Cu的含量无显著性差别(P>0.05),Zn、Fe、Mg各组均数间有显著性差别(P<0.01)。柴胡+酮替芬、柴胡+氯喹、酮替芬组的Zn、Fe含量显著高于感染对照组(P<0.01),其Cu/Zn值则明显低于感染对照组及氯喹组(P<0.01)。With the method of atomic absorption sepectrum, the contents of Zn, Cu, Fe and Mg in whole blood of mice before and after infected by P. yoille malarial parasite, as well as that after treated with complex and simple prescriptions of TCM combined with western medicine, were determined. By observing the change and its relationship with effect, the practical value of trace element determination in antimalarial study was discussed. The result showed that, expect for Cu, the contents of Zn, Fe and Mg in each group were obviously different(P<0.01). The contents of Zn and Fe in group of Bupleurum with Ketotifen and group of Bupleurum with Chloriquine and Ketotifen were obviously higher than that in infected control group (P<0.01), but Cu/Zn lower than that in control group and that in group of Chloriquine(P<0.01).
