84例消化道肿瘤雌孕激素受体检测

摘　　要：本文采用E_2 HRP Pg HRP和组化法检测84例消化道肿瘤的ER、PgR 结果表明:ER阳性者33(39.29％ PgR。者 0例(23.81兔).ER、PgR阳性率年龄等关系不显著。胃肿瘤ER、PgR阳性率最 , 结、直肠比较差异明显。结果提示:消化道肠瘤有ER、PgR ,同时检测ER.PgR水对临床内分泌治疗计后更有意义。Estrogen and progesterone receptors were determined with E_2-HRP and Pg HRP in 84 tumors of the digestive tract. The results showed that the positive of ER and PgR were 33 (39. 29% of cases)and 20(23. 81% of cases), respectively. The incidence of the positive cells related little to the sex and age. ER and PgR showed remarkable differentia at the least, in the tu mors of stomach assayed, than those in the colorectal tu mor. These facts suggested that in the tumors of digestive tract have ER and PgR, therefore it might have more significance to assay ER and PgR at the sa- metime for the endocrine therapy and prognosis.
