摘  要:志贺氏菌的药敏试验一直延用传统方法。其方法操作复杂,影响因素也多。本文对志贺氏菌的药敏方法作了探讨,用MID(最小抑菌剂量)表示法测定了对吡哌酸(PPA)、氟哌酸(FPA)的敏感性,重点分析了MID法与抑菌圈直径的关系:γ=-0.965。实验还指出做药敏时 PPA药敏纸片含量用10μg/片,FPA用16ng/片为宜。In this paper we have studied the methods of drug sensitive test for Shigella. The traditional method which we used is complicated in operating and influenced by many factors on its results. In the past few years, we used the method of MID(minimum inhabition dose) instead of the traditional method. We determined the sensitivity of PPA and FPA on Shigella with this method and analysed the relationship between the doses of drugs and the diameters of inhabitory circles, r=-0.965. It is sugested that the method of MID is simple and reliable, suitble for basic units. And we recomond that the optimum dose for per dise: PPA=10μg, FPA=16ng.
