摘  要:本文从介绍深圳市东湖、大涌、笔架山等三座已建成投产的微絮凝直接过滤水厂的工艺设计和运行情况入手,针对该工艺要求进水水质稳定、含污颗粒小而密实和深圳水源浊度低、变化大及短期含藻量高等特点进行了总结。既肯定了这种工艺可节省基建投资(30%)、降低投药量(10~30%)出水水质稳定(2度以下)和管理方便等优点,同时也指出了一些设计时未预见到的问题,如源水中短期含藻量突高和含软体动物等带来的问题,以及采取的补救措施。最后,作者还结合正在建设的梅林等三座水厂的新建和扩建工程,陈述了在直接过滤池前增设混凝沉淀池的缘由和运行方式。Upon the study of the process design and operation of microflocculation filtration employed by the three water works of Donghu,Dachong and Bijiashan in Shenzhen city,and taking into account the process requirement of a stable influent with fine and dense particles and the crude water quality of low but variable turbidity and temporarily high algae content,the author made a summary,in which the advantages of the process in the aspects of reduction of capital cost and chemical dose of 300% and 10~30% respectively,stable quality effluent with the turbidity lower than 2 degrees and convenient management were affirmed.Some unexpected problems such as temporarily sharp increasing of algae and mollusc content in the crude water during the design pointed out and the consequently compensating measures also discussed.Finally with Meilin and other two water works as example,which are under construction,the author explained the reason why the supplementary settling tank is desinged prior to the filter and illustrated the operation sequence.
