摘　　要：正在施工的天津东郊污水处理厂,日处理污水40万 m^3,采用活性污泥法工艺和集散型监视控制系统,预计明年4月可建成投入运行,本文按工艺流程,较系统地介绍了各构筑物的设计参数、控制方法和设备配置情况。为便于了解,作者在文中还穿插介绍了若干设计依据和意图。Activated sludge process and integrative monitoring and controlling system were employed in Tianjin East Suburban Wastewater Treatment Plant of 400,000m^3/d capacity, which will be finished in April next year.The author systmatically introduced the design para- meters of each structure,controlling methods and equipments according to the flow of treatment process and design basis and intention.
