自制药液加冰敷预防诺维本所致局部反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨自制药液加冰块交替外敷预防诺维本所致局部反应的效果。方法　将 4 3例使用诺维本的患者随机分为对照组和观察组 ,对照组 19例 ,用 5 0 %硫酸镁溶液湿敷 ;观察组 2 4例 ,用自制药液加冰块交替外敷 ,观察两组疗效。结果　观察组效果显著优于对照组 ,两组疗效比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　自制药液加冰块交替外敷具有很好的消肿止痛疗效 ,预防诺维本所致的局部反应效果明显 。Objective To discuss the effect of using a self-prepared external compound solution plus ice compress in preventing NVB induced local reaction.Methods 43 patients who used NVB were randomly divided into two groups: the control ground (n=19),using 50% magnesium sulfate injection as wet packing,and the experimental group,using a self-prepared external compound solution plus ice compress.Results There was a significant difference in leakage rate between the two groups.Conclusion The external use of the compound solution and ice compress is good for preventing and reducing local reactions induced by NVB and warrants spreading in clinical practice.
