摘  要:在高精度恒压水池及配套工程设计中,为满足测试用水量在10~500 m^3/h 间可调,而恒压水池液位高差小于5mm 的要求,采用了进水管设在水池液面下,且在末端加衰减器,和用“薄壁堰”出流控制液面,增加溢流槽长度等系列措施,并在施工中根据设计要求精选材、细加工,使建成的设施达到了测试工艺的要求。In a case of water flow testing,a constant pressure was required,i.e.,the difference of water level in the water tank should be within 5mm when the circulating water flow was 10~500m^3/h.To meet this demand,the following steps were taken in the course of designing the high-precision pressure tank and its accessories:Submerging the inflow pipes of the tank and installing attenuators at their ends;Adopting thin weir to control the water level; Lengthening the overflow trough;and Constructing the facilities meticulously with choice materials.As a result,a satisfactory performance was achieved.
