C/Cu复合材料的弹性特性及合金元素的影响

摘  要:对C/Cu复合材料的弹性行为及合金元素的影响进行了研究,结果表明:C/Cu复合材料具有优良的弹性后效性能和较高的弹性模量,在其应力—应变曲线上出现一转折点,转折点对应的应力值可以反映材料的弹性极限,C/Cu复合材料的弹性极限较低。合金元素对C/Cu复合材料弹性行为的影响主要有2个方面:合金元素可使基体合金化,提高基体的弹性极限;合金元素(如镍)可改善界面结合,提高界面结合强度,从而提高复合材料的弹性极限和弹性模量。The elastic behavior of C/Cu composite and the influence of alloying elements are studied. The results show that the C/Cu composite possesses good and unique elastic behavoirs, high elastic modulus and lower elastic limit. An obvious turning point occurs at the stress-strain curves of C/Cu composites. The stress corresponding to the turning point can be considered as the elastic limit of C/Cu composites. The alloying elements can raise the elastic limit of C/Cu composite by means of increasing the elastic limit of the matrix and strength of interfacial bonding. The main factors which influence the elastic behavior of composites are elastic limit of matrix, strength of interfacial bonding and the elastic modulus of carbon fiber.
