摘 要:采用金相、扫描电镜、电子探针及x射线衍射等现代测试技术分析渗层成分及相组成,结果表明,以复合氯化物水溶液为助镀剂对钢材进行热浸渗铝,渗铝层由α-Fe(Al)固溶体,Fe_2Al_5及纯铝层构成。该渗层在食盐水、海水、H_2S和SO_2介质中具有优异的耐蚀性,在850℃以下具有抗高温氧化性。This paper describes the selection of the flux used in hot dipping aluminizing and the process. The composition and phase constitution of the coating layers were analyzed by means of metallography, SEM, EPMA and x-ray diffractometer. Experimental results indicate that the coating layers on the steels aluminized in an aqueous flux of complex chlorides are mainly composed of α-Fe(Al) solid solution, Fe_2Al_5 and pure aluminum layer. The layers have superior resistance to corrosion in aqueous solution of sodium chloride, in the air, H_2S and SO_2 and good resistance to oxidation up to the temperature of 850℃.
