摘　　要：本文详细论述了山西的国土环境、地震活动、历史地震灾害、近年来破坏性地震的震害评估及以第三代地震区划图为依据,对经济损失和人员伤亡进行易损性分析的震害预测的情况,从山西的实际出发,研究和提出一些减灾对策方面的成果和问题。可供科技人员参考,也可供政府和社会公益部门制定政策参考。The paper described the land environment, seismic activities, disasters from historical earthquakes and damage surveies from recent destructive earthquakes, presented the estimate results of economic losses and casualties by means of the analysis of fragility based on the third-generation seismic intensity zoning map. proposed and discussed some results and problems on countermeasures of disaster reduction from truth of Shanxi. It may serve as reference for the profession, also for the governmental bodies and other social public departments to institute policies.
