摘  要:本文应用透射电镜对平原大鼠急进高原后其主要脏器超微结构的变化,以及红景素的保护作用进行了观察,结果表明:在特高海拔地区,由于受严重低氧环境的影响,大鼠脏器超微结构均发生不同程度的弥漫性损伤,突出地表现为细胞线粒体变性肿胀,甚至呈髓鞘样改变,细胞间质水肿、核异染色体边聚、肌浆网明呈扩张、糖原颗粒减少、毛细血管基膜增厚不均匀等。红景天素可明显减轻细胞超微结构缺氧性损伤,提示该药具有较好的保护作用。本文还对其可能的作用机理进行了探讨。This investigation deals with the ultrastructural changes of the main organe in pliain rats which was entranced plateau suddenly and Rhodioloxin's protective action, which was observed with transmission electron microscope. The resuit reveals that sinic the effects of serious hypoxia environment in the high altitude region,the ultrastructure of the organs in the rats show a seroes of different degree diffuse injury. The observation display prominently degenerated and swelling mitochondria even show a myelinic ehanges; cellular mesenchyma edema; nuclerar chromatism substance collection beside; sarcoplasm reticulun obvious expandation, glycogen pieces reduction and papillary basilar membrance propagation unequakky. Rhodioloxin show an obviously effective action on reducing the hypoxia injury in cellular ultrastructure. It indicated that Rhodiolxin has an efficently protective action, the investigation also resreched the herd's possible action mechanism.
