摘  要:对26例不同海拔高度意外死亡和无明显慢性心肺疾病尸者的颈动脉体(简称CB)进行了巨检、光镜及电镜观察,并探讨与高原低氧的关系。男23例、女3例。分组:①高原组6例,②中度高原组17例,③平原组3例。高原人CB平均体积、重量、小叶数量、小叶直径以及细胞直径均高于平原人,高原人CB细胞增生明显,核增大,双核。电镜下高原人CB的超微结构致密核心囊泡较平原人多,并多近胞膜分布,少数嗜锇核较小、空晕较宽、线粒体增大等。Carotid body(CB) of 26 cases living at different high altitudes were examined by means of gross examination, light and electron microscopies. All cases died of accident and were free of chronic cardiopulmonary diseases. The relationship between the findings and high altitude hypoxia was discused. In our series 23 cases were male, 3 female. We divided the cases into 3 groups: ①high altituds hroup 6cases; ②moderate altitude group 17 Cases; ③sea level group 3 cases. The average volume and weight, amount of lobules, diameter of lobules and amount of vacuoles in cells of human CB at high altitude were significantly greter than those at sea level. The cells of human CB at high altitude were considerably hyperplastic and tumor—like hyperplasia may be seen. Under the elextron microscope; the synaptic vesicles of human CB at high altitude were more than those at sea level and most of them are disperscd near cell membrane. The osmiophilic granules became smaller, haloes became broader and the mitochondria were enlarged etc.
