摘　　要：本研究于1984年10月至1987年5月31日在12个中心分期进行。研究对象中接受Nor plantⅠ型10718例,Ⅱ型1208例。至1992年5月31日全部满5年。Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型的5年粗累计妊娠率分别为1.53/100接受者和0.65/100接受者。妊娠率不仅与接受者的体重有关,且与年龄相关。月经紊乱是主要的终止原因,两型的5年粗累计终止率分别为19.4/100接受者和22.7/100接受者。5年的继续使用率分别为72.0/100接受者和65.5/100接受者。5年观察结果表明Norplant皮下埋植剂可为中国妇女所接受。NorplantⅡ型亦可用至5年。This clinical trial included 10718 acceptors of Norplant-6 and 1208 acceptors of Norplant-2 at 12 major centers and subcenters by May 31,1987. Up to May 31, 1992. All the acceptors have been completed for 5 years. The gross cumulative pregnancy rates for Norplant-6 and Norplant-2 were 1. 53,0. 65/100 acceptors respectively. It showed that the gross cumulative pregnancy rates of Norplant-6 users were correlated with not only the body weight, but also the age of acceptors at admission. The menstrual problems were the main cause of termination. The gross termination rates for menstrual problems for Norplant-6 and Norplant-2 were 19. 4,22. 7/100 acceptors respectively. The 5- year continuation rates were 72.0,65. 5/100 acceptors respectively. By the results of 5 years observation, the Norplant subdermal contraceptive system were acceptable for Chinese women, Norplant-2 also can be used for 5 years.
