摘　　要：本文系不同剂量RU486与ON0802联合用药抗早孕的世界性、多中心、随机、双盲比较性研究。全组共接收99例妊娠妇女,随机分为3组,每组33例,口服RU486剂量分别为200mg、400mg和600mg,1小时后阴道放入ONO802栓剂1mg,流产成功率分别为93.94%,96.97%和90.91%。实验结果表明,3种剂量RU486与1mg ON0802联合用药终止早期妊娠的流产效果无明显差异(P】0,05),出血时间和副反应亦无差异。This study is random double-blinded, multicentre trial comparing different single doses of RU486 (200, 400 and 600mg) in combination with a fixed dose of ONO 802 Img for termination of early pregnancy. During the study, 99 cases totally had been observed. The 99 pregnant women had been divided into three groups randomly. Each group had included 33 patients. Trial results..Complete abortion rate of the 200, 400,600mg groups were 93. 94%, 96. 97% and 90. 91%. Our conclussion is that there are no significant differences for the early pregnant women on effectiveness of abortion, side effects and the duration of the vaginal bleeding by oral 200,400,600mg RU486 in combination with Img ONO 802 vaginally.
