摘  要:本文报告9例高红症患者,从高原进入平原小居后、原高粘滞综合征的指标有所改善,主要表现红细胞压积开始下降、全血粘度有减低、血沉增快、纤溶活性下降、凝血机制的紊乱有所恢复,致纤维蛋白原回升,体外血栓形成明显改善。观察表明,尽管高红症系长期慢性低氧血症所致的病理性改变,导致血液流变学、血液凝固机制、纤溶系统的一系列异常变化,但由于进入到平原后,低氧环境已解除,其红细胞增多所致高凝状态也随之发生适应平原的变化(所谓脱适应的改变),但由于时间短,有些个体不敏感,因而,其异常指标难以达到平原水平。We measured 9 patients with high altitude polyerythrocytosis(HAP).All were men and had habitated in Dawu(3700m)for 13—33 years(mean 26.5+5).Their age ranged from 31 to 58 years.All 9 sub- jects were transported from Dawu to Xining(226Om)and measured hemorheology,cosgulative mechanism, Platelet adhesive test(PadT),thrombosis test,total fibrinolytic activity(TFA)and plasminogen(PLG)within 3 days.Two weeks later,the subjects were transported from Xining to Suzhou by train.After 4 days rest, the same measurements were made.The values were compared with those obtaineu in Xining.The results are of significant difference(P<0.05—0.001).The hypcrviscosity syndrome of HAP decreased after the subjects entering plain.Both the coagulotive factors consumption and thrombosis decreased while.PLG increased.
