摘  要:本文观察高原红细胞增多症男性患者9名,脱离3760m高原环境后,分别到达西宁市2261m,苏州市15m两上地区实地进行微循环、血液流变学、血气、肺动脉压力等测定。结果:1.随海拔高度下降,球结膜、甲襞微循环指标明显改善,具有高度显著差异(p<0.01);2.全血比粘度(ηb)、血沉(ESR)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原、红细胞电泳(EPT)等相应改善,均有高度显著差异;3.血红蛋白(Hb)肺动脉平均压(PAP)、全肺阻力(TPR)随海拔高度下降而降低,心排指数(CL)增加,具有高度显著差异。We observad the measuremants of micorcirculation cytorhelogy.Hb,pulmonary resistance pressure (PAP).Total pulmonary resistanee(TPR)and Cardiac Indes(CI)of 9 male patients of highland erythrocytosis, when they had left the high altitude(3760M)arrived to Xining(2261M)and Suchou(15M)successively. The Results Showed:1.With descending of the heihgt,the indices of micorcirculatic measurements changed obviously.The weighted integraging value of the status of cannal,flowing and margin Of bulbar conjunetuva micoreireulation reduced from 24.84±8.89 to 12.08±3.30.The Weighted integrating value of nail folds micocirculation reduce from 12.86±3.30 to 8.534±1.52.All results showed the significant difference(P<0.01).2.When the patients left high altitude and arrived plain,many items of eytorheology improved evidently,Hb reduced from 9.327±0.319 to 7.08±0.46,ESR increased from 0.111±0.333mm/h to 5.111±5.84 mm/h.HCT from 71.333±9.447 to 62.555±7.748(v%),the K value of ESR equation from 0.712±2.137 to 39.334±36.163.fibrinogenfrom 165.666±82.611(mg%)to 268.333±59.622(mg%)and EPT from 20.853±1.483 to 16.960±0.870(s).3.The values of Hb, PAP and TPR were reduce by the lower of the height,but CI raised.
