离心速度与时间对奶牛隐孢子虫卵囊浮集效果的影响

摘　　要：采用饱和糖溶液漂浮法,选择不同离心速度(1000,1500,2000,2500,3000,3500r/min)与不同离心时间(6,9,12,15,18,21.24,27min)对同一隐孢子虫阳性牛粪卵囊浮集效果作了比较观察,F检验及多重比较.结果表明,在3000r/min转速条件下离心21min时卵囊浮集效果明显高于其它各组,此即为分离牛隐孢子虫卵囊较为理想的离心速度和离心时间.Different centrifugal speeds (1000, 1500,2000, 2500, 3000, 3500 r/min) and time (6, 9, 12, 15, 18,21, 24, 27 minutes) were used in the study and the results of the F test and multiple comparison showed that floating oocysts were most at the speed of 3 000 r/min for 21 m.in comparison with other treatments. It is concluded that centrifugating at 3 000 r/min for 21m.is a satisfactory method for collecting cryptosporidium oocysts from cow feces.
