摘　　要：For complexation reaction M+nL=ML_n, the following method is proposed for determining the complexing number n, the conditional stability constant K_n, the molar absorptivity ε_n of the complex MLn, the total concentration C_L and the molar absorptivity ε_L of the complexing agent L. This new method is adaptable to such a system where the accurate concentration of the organic color reagent cannot be known conveniently.
