摘 要:“竞争情报”是指企业为了提高竞争能力、战胜竞争对手而展开的关于竞争对手、竞争环境、竞争策略的信息收集、分析及研究。一个完善的企业竞争情报网络系统一般应由竞争情报收集子系统、竞争情报分析研究子系统、竞争情报服务子系统、反竞争情报子系统4个功能模块组成。竞争情报网络系统的运作流程包括7个步骤:调研、采集、处理协调、组织排序、情报配置、情报报警与信息反馈与处理。新时期的酿酒企业要取得更大的辉煌,需要建立一个适合企业发展的竞争情报网络系统。The theory of competitive intelligence referres that the enterprise is involved in information collection and analysis on marketing opponents, competitive environments and competitive strategy in order to improve enterprise competitiveness and beat opponents. A sound enterprise competitive intelligence network system generally coveres four functional modules including competitive intelligence collection subsystem, competitive intelligence analysis subsystem, competitive intelligence service subsystem and counterintelligence subsystem. The network operates as the following seven procedures; investigation, collection, treatment, organization, allocation, warning and information feedback. Under new backgrounds, liquor-making enterprises should establish proper competitive intelligence network system for better development.
