摘　　要：Using the Sm-Nd and Rb-Sr isotopic dating method, this note makes an analysis of Yuli Pb, Zn and Ag deposits that lie in the west of Suzhou region. The minerogenetic age of Yuli skarn polymetallic ore deposit and its source materials are studied on the basis of detailed geological and geochemical studies.
