摘　　要：本文使用简单的正压模式,研究了热带强迫响应和冬季基本气流的相互作用。发现热带强迫响应能够明显改变基本气流的稳定性,并通过改变不稳定正规模的结构对强迫响应本身产生影响。最后讨论了大气环流年际变化的可能机制。In this paper, a simple barotropic model is used to study the interactions of tropical forcing responses and wintertime basic flow. It is found that the tropical forcing responses can modify the stability of tie basic flow significantly, and influence the responses itsely by changing the structure of the instabiility normal modes. Finally a possible mechanism is discussed of the interannual variability of the atmospheric general circulation.
