摘　　要：在改进准三维凝固传热数值模拟技术的基础上,建立了新的钢锭宏观偏析预测数模,数模可预测钢锭的逆V偏析分布、沉积锥形状及碳的宏观偏析分布。A new methematical modle was developed to predict macro segregation in ingot. It is hased on the development of the quasi three dimensional heat transfer modle. Measurments carried on actual ingots proved the new method can aecuratly predict the invers V segregation, sedimentary cone and macro segregation of carbon
